German Chocolate upside-down cake

grease an oblong cake pan with shortning and sprinkle a cup of coconut and a cup of pecans

Mix a german chocolate cake mix by directions. Pour over coconut and pecans.

Mix-
8oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 pound box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

now spread the icing over the raw batter in the pan. Just dobb it on as it is hard to spread.
bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
