1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup all purpose flower
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
Heat oven to 350deg. Combine all cookie ingredients except flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Beat at Med speed until creamy. Reduce speed to low, add flour and baking powder. Beat until well mixed.
Shape dough into 1-1/4" balls. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet and make an indention into each cookie with thumb.
Combine all filling ingredents into small bowl, fill each cookie with one rounded tsp of filling. bake for 8-12 min or until lightly browned.
