1 cup sugar
1/2 cup lite corn syrup
1 cup pecan peices
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Combine sugar and syrup in a micro safe bowl (glass is good). Stir well. Nuke on high for 4 min and stir in pecans. Nuke on high for 4-5 min or until lightly browned and stir in butter and vanilla. Nuke for 1 min and stir in soda until foamy... Pour onto cookie sheet and let cool 15-30 min. Very HOT!!!!
